Hello Fabioz,

thanks for reaching out! Translations, including Portuguese are under development. We're planning to release it in a month time. At the moment, only the English translation is available with Rivio.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Best,

Mike

Hi,

thanks for getting in touch.

You can easily do that with a CSS rule: The number of reviews are contained in the class "rivio-stars-widget-label". You can hide this part by adding the following styling to your templates:

<style>
  .rivio-stars-widget-label{display:none;}
</style>
In case you'd like to hide this part only on your collection pages, you may specify the collection container's classname, so it only gets hidden when in a collection grid.

<style>
.products .rivio-stars-widget-label{display:none;}
</style>
You may have to identify the collection wrapper's classname yourself, if you work with the non-default Shopify theme.

Hope this was helpful,

Best,

Rivio Support

Hello Worth,

I'm glad to inform you that there has been a new feature deployed to Reevio's dashboard where you can manually halt the dispatch of post-purchase emails.

Take a look under Emails -> Email Summary, and you'll see you can disable (and re-enable) individual post-purchase emails.

Hope you'll find this feature useful.

Mike

Hello Worth,

for setting the SPF record you'll need to go to the admin panel you manage your domain names at. In your case, this will be Godaddy.

The SPF record should be the following:

  • Host: @
  • TXT value: v=spf1 a mx include:gytsmtp.hu ~all

Then save the record, and you're all set.

There's two options to set when a post-purchase email should be dispatched:

1)

there's a feature on Reevio's dashboard where you can manually halt the dispatch of post-purchase emails.

Take a look under Emails -> Email Summary, and you'll see you can disable (and re-enable) the dispach of individual post-purchase emails.

2)

We have an option to set the dispatch delay in the Email Settings screen. I recommend you setting that value to 20 or 30 days (or even more if you wish). That would give you enough time to have the product at you costumers when the email goes out.

Let me know if that solved your issue.

Best,

Mike

There can be multiple reasons how this can happen

1. You didn't verify your email when submitting a review, and/or deleted your cookies
If you left a review and logged in with your email, you need to verify your email. You can do this by clicking on the link in the verification email Reevio sends you. Before you'd do that, the review will show only and exclusively for you, noone else. It will get a verification pending label. If you delete your cookies, or restart your computer, the review might disappear. That doesn't mean it got deleted, it just means that it is waiting for verification.

2. The shop owner deleted your review
Shop owners can delete reviews written by their customers. Reevio has a strict policy on deleting reviews, but it allows the deletion for style/quality reasons.

3. Your review was flagged inappropriate/offensive
In this case, your review will be hidden for others, or for you if you're logged out.

Try logging in Reevio under the product you wrote your review about, and if you still don't see your review, possibly it was deleted by the shop owner. If you think your review shouldn't have been removed, let us know.
