How can I import reviews from Shopify's Product Reviews app?

1. Open your Product Reviews app's dashboard (Shopify menu → Apps → Product Reviews )
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Export and save the file
4. Open the Rivio dashboard (Shopify menu → Apps → Rivio)
5. Click on Import reviews
6. Browse the previously downloaded export.csv file
7. After importing, a popup will show up with the result.

Maybe some reviews will be skipped, because

• they are about any product that doesn't exist anymore,
• or if any is a second review for the same product from the same account,
• or if you have imported these reviews before.
