Problem with Emails and Getting App to Work Properly

Our customers are telling us they are not receiving emails requesting they review us and our products that they purchased. I still cannot see fusion reviews. I do not see where emails have been sent to my latest customers. I have been reporting problems for more than a month and things are not getting resolved although I get charged for your service.

With Rivio, Post purchase emails will only sent to orders which are marked as fulfilled, maybe that's what occurs your problem.
