Hi Rivio Team,
After multiple attempts at contacting you for support, I've given up. The software does not work as advertised, the server response is slow, the plugin is buggy, and I've wasted more time on this 'solution' than I'd care to admit.
I'd like a refund for this wasted month. I know you can't refund the time I've put into making this work, but you can refund my credit card for your service.
Please work through all the bugs - you have the right idea, it's just not working right yet. Feel free to email me if you'd like to discuss further, but if it takes 2-3 days like before, I will have absolutely nothing but bad reviews for you.

Hi, we have been getting more of these emails from customers:
"I've been trying to write a review but I'm doing something wrong I upload pics and my name and email address and when I hit the summit nothing ever happens"
Can you help determine why it is not working?

Stars Only For Grid Pages
The one you have for the product page itself, I embedded for my product-grid-item.liquid so the stars would appear on collection pages, however it includes unwanted text which is the number of reviews the product has. How could I make it with just the stars alone?

Can't remove "Product reviews by Reevio" from product pages

DNS settings
I want my review email to come from my own email address that I have set up. I know it says to make sure an update my SPF record at my domain's DNS settings, but I am not sure what that means? Do I do this is GoDaddy ? Shopify? or Yahoo Business Mail? Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

We are collecting orders now but orders will not ship for another few weeks. Can I manually decide when to send the emails at this time? as I don't want the emails to send until product is received.
